In the Save menu go to Preset and change the file type to GIF 128 Dithered. Of course before doing that you should preview the GIF to see if everything is right or not. Choose 256 from the Colors menu.
Select GIF 128 Dithered from the Preset menu.
Export video files or image sequences Choose File Export Render Video. In the Render Video dialog box enter a name for the video or image sequence. Export video files or image sequences Choose File Export Render Video. Choose GIF 128 Dithered under Presets and 256 from Colors.
