1995 Chevy Blazer Interior Lights Wont Turn Off. It may have gotten bumped accidentally by a passenger valet or car wash employee. When I hooked the battery up the lights immediately came on even though all the doors were shut and the light buttondimmer wheel on the headlight switch was set to off.
I have checked the light switch and it is off. Look for any ground wires to the interior light circuits to see if they are loose. This just started when I replaced the door seals Friday went to drive it Saturday and the battery was dead charged the battery and all the lights were on did not notice if.
Leave the rear dome light bulb out.
The BCM must have inputs that indicate that the ignition switch is OFF the courtesy lamp switch is OFF and all the doors are closed. I have even gone as far as to replace the headlight dimmer switchdoor jam switches keyless entry control module and replacing the wire going from the headlight swith to the keyless module crt 150 the only thing left is to replace the wires from the headlight swith to the curtousy lights to the keyless entry modulecrt 157the only problem with that is I cant find where it ts off to the lights.
